- complete an attendance certificate;
- complete online booking form

- notify you of changes to our services;
- send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you;
This form will allow use to gain personal information about you, from the DVLA online licence checking service, all sections must be completed. By completing this form you give CPC Direct Training Ltd full permission to gain access through the portal and to print of all details required.

- A PC that has been connected to the Ethernet, as Wi-Fi fails

- Allow 8:30 hours to attend
